Grateful for the opportunity to speak at Metro North Medical Center and Hospital, spotlighting Performing Arts Medicine and Physiatry during their Physiatry Day/National Disability Rights Week celebration last July 22. The celebration also featured singer-songwriter Meg Fernandez, who is the first Filipina opening act for Taylor Swift. Since our lectures preceded Meg’s performance, we like to say we were the opening act for her 🙂
