Lucky 13(th) zapping today at radiation therapy. Lucky 7 more sessions to go.
Here’s Doreen showing off the Calmoseptine ointment (Doreen : ahem, oink-ment), newly-prescribed protective barrier for the skin under my armpit which has begun to darken from the radiation. This happens in areas with skin folds; my flat chest does not have skin folds so the skin there is doing well. I will spare you that photo.
Our medical school class president (thank you, Carlo!) sent a thoughtful gift for Doreen, because she needed a bucket hat to match mine. It’s a doll’s outfit; so of course, it doesn’t exactly work for a pig… the shirt and matching bag fit perfectly, but that hat was another story.
