Backstage Pains: TV UP Webinar #191
Four weeks ago I was the “side dish” to Dr. Dave Dizon’s main entree, a talk on back pain on the University of the Philippines’ internet television channel, TV UP. Yesterday it was my turn to be on the virtual stage (pun intended, thanks to host Dr. Raymond Francis Sarmiento) in webinar #191, discussing one of my favorite topics, Performing Arts Medicine (PAM). We were also honored to have my PAM collaborator and INTARMED classmate Dr. Filomar Tariao as the reactor for my talk, because he brought the unique perspective of being a healthcare professional who also happens to be a performing artist and an arts educator. Webinars are more fun with friends! Director Grace “Gigi” Alfonso (also the Chancellor of UP Open University) thought it was a GREAT EPISODE 🙂 and you can view the recording here on TV UP’s Youtube channel.
A note on the witty title: we had a difficult time coming up with this – took longer than usual to brainstorm over our lunchtime planning meeting!
